Bridgestone announces that the launch of the BATTLAX HYPERSPORT S23

New BATTLAX HYPERSPORT S23 is sports radial motorcycle tire for street use, which feature even more exceptional levels of dry grip performance when riding on circuits or cornering on mountain roads

Through "Dan-Totsu" products that realize "Driving Excitement", Bridgestone will deliver "Emotion: Committed to inspiring excitement and spreading joy to the world of mobility" of the Bridgestone E8 Commitment.

Tokyo (October 19, 2023) ― Bridgestone Corporation (Bridgestone) announced today that the launch of the BATTLAX HYPERSPORT S23, a new sports radial motorcycle tire for street use, is scheduled for January 2024.

The BATTLAX HYPERSPORT S23 will be the latest "Dan-Totsu"^*1 product in Bridgestone's BATTLAX premium motorcycle tires, for which we celebrated the 40 anniversary of its establishment in 2023. In addition to improvements over its predecessor, the BATTLAX HYPERSPORT S22, to the every performance aspect needed for sports riding, this next-generation sports tire will feature even more exceptional levels of dry grip performance when riding on circuits or cornering on mountain roads. Moreover, the BATTLAX HYPERSPORT S23 employs a newly designed compound in the edge portion of the tread that makes contact with the road when banking at sharp angles to maximize edge grip when cornering and to thereby allow riders to take their sports riding performance to the next level.^*2
