The rate of employees who took childcare leave is calculated by the formula: "Employees who started childcare leave in the culcurated year/Employees (or their spouses) who gave birth in the calcurated year*100." The percentage could exceed 100 as employees might start the leave in the following year of their children's birth. The rate of male employees who took child care leave after childbirth is added to the rate of male employees who took child care leave.
